Amandeep Kumar

I am a PhD student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Johns Hopkins University, where I am a member of the VIU Lab advised by Dr. Vishal Patel. I am a recipient of the Amazon AI PhD Fellowship.

Previously, I was a researcher in computer vision, affiliated with the IVAL-Lab at Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI). I was advised by Prof. Fahad Shahbaz Khan, Dr. Hisham Cholakkal and Dr. Rao Muhammad Anwer . During my undergrad, I worked as a Research Intern in the SketchX Lab at the University of Surrey, UK. I completed my Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from WBUT.
